What we collect

Your email address and password (for your account); the Etsy order number, the collection you bought, when it was paid and the name on the order if you give it (it only helps us if we check your order ourselves); the team, player, photo and contact details you enter in the editor; and reports you send us.

From Etsy we read only what is needed to check your order: the order number, which collection it contains, when it was paid, whether it was refunded, and whether your account email matches the email you typed in the order’s “Email for your editor account” box (or the order email, if Etsy shares it with us). We do not keep that typed email. We do not keep your address or any other Etsy order details. We use your information only to run your account and support your order. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.

Who can see it

Your projects and photos are private to your account. Parent and guardian contact details never appear on a design and are never sent to the design renderer. The shop owner can see a report you send us and the account it came from. Our hosting and email providers process data for us. Nothing is made public or shared unless you download a file and share it yourself.

Emails

We only email you to confirm your account and to reset your password. We do not send marketing email and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Keeping, correcting and deleting

We keep your account, projects and photos until you ask us to delete them, and we will not delete anything without telling you first. To ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, message PartiesMadeYours on Etsy from your order.

Children

This product is for adults (parents, coaches and volunteers). We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. Only add names and photos of children if you are their parent or guardian or have permission from their parent or guardian.
