What you are buying

A collection of original, editable team designs (fundraising, game-day, event and keepsake designs) and access to our online design tool, the editor, for the period stated on your Account and access page. You personalise the designs in your web browser and download your finished files. It is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews or charges automatically. No physical item is shipped.

The designs were created with the help of AI tools. The example team, the Riverdale Tigers, is fictional.

How you may use it

You may use the designs you create for your own team, club, school or event: print them, post them and share them with your community. You may not resell, share or redistribute the templates, the editor or the artwork as templates, and you may not claim them as your own design product. Your own words, names and photos remain yours. You are responsible for having permission to use any photo you upload.

Access and downloads

Your editing period is 6 or 12 months depending on the edition you bought. After it ends you can still view and download the designs you finished. Downloads are unlimited in number. We keep your saved work until you ask us to delete it, and we will not delete it without telling you first.

Refunds

This is a digital item that is available straight away, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something does not work, message PartiesMadeYours on Etsy from your order and we will fix it or refund you. Refunds are handled through Etsy. If your order is refunded in full, access to that item ends. A partial refund does not remove access. Buyers in the EU and the UK keep any legal rights they have.

Fundraising

These designs help you ask for support. The product does not collect, hold or pay out money and is not a donation platform. You are responsible for how you collect and use funds and for following the rules that apply to your organization.

Support

Report technical problems from Help and tutorials, or message PartiesMadeYours on Etsy from your order. Support covers using the product; it does not include custom design work.
